How much does a used Endolift laser cost?

Used Endolift lasers are advertised across a wide price range. Here is what moves the price and how to judge whether an asking price is fair.

By Endolift Laser For SalePublished Updated 5 minute read

Used Endolift lasers are advertised from about US$24,744 to US$41,000 on the Bimedis marketplace, with an average of about US$33,832 at the time of writing. Actual prices depend on age, usage, accessories and paperwork, and many are sold on application rather than at a listed price.

What the market shows

The figures above come from used Endolift laser listings on Bimedis, a medical equipment marketplace that displays prices in US dollars. They are advertised prices, not confirmed sale prices, and they come from sellers in different countries, so treat them as a guide to the range rather than a quote. New machine prices are normally given by the UK distributor on request and are not published.

What moves the price

  • Usage: a machine with fewer than 100 treatments has had far less wear than one used daily. Always ask for a treatment count and evidence for it.
  • Age: the year of purchase and the remaining warranty, if any.
  • Condition and service history: a documented service history supports a higher price.
  • What is included: console, trolley, goggles, footswitch, manuals, protocols and any fibres or consumables.
  • Location: a machine in the UK avoids import costs, shipping risk and customs paperwork.
  • Paperwork: original invoice, serial number match and confirmation that no finance is outstanding.
  • Training: whether training is included or quoted separately.

Why asking prices vary so much

Because the value of a specific machine depends on the points above, asking prices vary widely, and many sellers list price on application and discuss it once a buyer has seen the details. Our own Eufoton LASEmaR 1500 is priced at £34,500, bought in January 2023 and used for fewer than 100 treatments. You can enquire about it and arrange an inspection in London.

Costs on top of the machine

Budget beyond the headline price. The common extras are training, consumables such as fibres, insurance cover, a laser protection adviser, any licence for your premises and transport. Training for our unit is available from Dr Rohit Seth at an additional cost, quoted separately. See Endolift training in the UK.

Is a used laser worth it?

A used machine lowers the amount you need to earn back before you are in profit. Endolift UK says UK clinics typically charge from £2,000 to £4,000 per treatment, depending on the area, but your own prices and patient numbers decide the outcome. Put your figures into the payback calculator to see how many months it could take, or read the full guide on whether an Endolift laser is worth it for a clinic.
