What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect the name, clinic or company, email address, phone number, subject and message that you choose to send. We only receive what you type into the form.
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising tools. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers when a page loads and your IP address is visible to Google for that purpose.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use your details to answer your question, arrange an inspection, discuss a possible sale and keep a record of what was agreed. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in selling our equipment and responding to people who contact us.
Who receives it
The form is processed by Formspree, which receives your submission and passes it to us by email. Formspree and our email provider act as processors on our behalf and may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards that UK data protection law requires. We share your details with others only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any resulting sale, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and ask for it in a portable format. To make a request, send an enquiry using the form on the homepage and write "privacy request" in the message.
If you are unhappy with how we use your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office through the ICO website.
